Through this website we (Prenota.Camera affiliates and partners (distribution)) provide an online platform that allows hotels present to advertise their rooms for booking and site visitors to make reservations. By making a reservation through Prenota.camera, instaurerai a direct contractual relationship (binding in legal terms) with the hotel at which you made your reservation.
In performing our services, we disclose the information we were provided by the hotel. All hotels are therefore given access to an extranet, which are totally responsible for what concerns the updating of rates, availability and other information displayed on our website. Although we pay our service with diligence and attention, we are unable to verify and ensure the accuracy, completeness or correctness of the information, nor can we be held responsible for any error (including manifest and typographical errors), service interruption (whether due to failure (temporary and / or partial), repair, upgrade or maintenance of the website or other), for the inaccurate, misleading or false, or for their non-delivery. Each hotel is responsible at all times of the accuracy, completeness and correctness of information (descriptive), including rates and availability displayed on our website. Our site is not intended, and should not be seen in this light, to recommend or to support any hotels marketed to the same, in terms of quality, level of service or classification.
Our services are available for personal use only and not commercial. Therefore, it is not allowed to resell, use, copy, insert deep-link, monitor (eg spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any type of business having commercial or competitive purposes.
2. Prices and Best Rate Guarantee
The prices on our website are highly competitive. All rates published on the website of Prenota.camera are for the entire stay and are inclusive of VAT and all other taxes (subject to currency change of such taxes), unless otherwise indicated on the website or e- confirmation email.
Sometimes on our website you will find cheaper rates for a given room. However, the above rates, offered by the hotel, could lead to restrictions and conditions, for example with regard to cancellation or refund. Before you make the booking, carefully verify the presence of such conditions in details about the room and the rates.
The currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be regarded as an accurate indicator and real-time operating; rates may vary.
3. Privacy Prenota.camera uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Unless required by law by the relevant jurisdiction, and except for the transmission to the hotel of your name, your e-mail address and the details of your credit card - the purpose of which is to complete the reservation for the selected hotel - we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. However, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to the group of our affiliates (inside and outside the European Union), to our employees and to those of the group of our affiliated companies and our agents and representatives of confidence that, with our consent, have access to such information and that they need to access it with the sole purpose of carrying out their duties on our behalf (including the customer service and the companies that carry out internal surveys), all so that you can take advantage of a better service. 4. Free of charge
Our service is free. Unlike many other sites, we will not charge for the service offered, nor charge full (concern of charge) to the room rate. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay directly to the hotel during your stay.
5. Credit card
Hotels require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Therefore send the details of your credit card directly to the hotel at which the booking was made and, at the same time, we will verify the validity (for example by pre-authorization). In order to safeguard and encrypt your credit card information when in transit to us, we use the "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL).
For certain rates or special offers, your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (sometimes without refund) upon reservation and confirmation of booking. Before you make the booking, carefully verify the presence of such conditions in details about the room and the rates.
In the event of fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies providing take charge of the risk and cover all charges resulting from such fraud or unauthorized use. This, however, could lead to debit your card a deductible amount (usually corresponding to EUR 50, or the equivalent in your currency). In the event that the company issuing your credit card or bank will also charge that amount because of unauthorized transactions resulting from a reservation made on our website, we'll compensate you for that amount, up to an amount of EUR 50 (or the equivalent in your local currency). 6. Cancellation
By making a reservation with a hotel, accept and approve the relevant cancellation and no-show of that hotel, and any other rules or additional terms applicable to your hotel reservation or during your stay, including the services and / or products offered by the hotel (the rules and conditions of a hotel can be obtained directly from the hotel's relevance). The general cancellation and no show for each hotel are mentioned on our website in the information pages about the hotel, during the booking procedure and on the booking confirmation. For certain rates or special offers are not permitted cancellations or changes. Before you make the booking, carefully verify the presence of such conditions in details about the room and the rates.
If you want to check, change or cancel your reservation, please access your e-mail confirmation and follow the instructions contained therein. The hotel may charge a penalty in accordance with its own rules of cancellation and no-show. 7. Further correspondence
By making a booking you consent to receive (i) an e-mail shortly before the date of arrival at the hotel, which contains information about your destination and various suggestions and offers (even by third parties, if you have provided your consent) relating to your booking and destination, and (ii) an e-mail after your stay, with the invitation to write your comment on the structure. In addition to e-mail confirmation, in any e-mail notification for changes or cancellation, in e-mail reminder if you have not completed the booking, to communications regarding the reservation (by us or by 'hotel), calls for issuing a judgment and any other e-mail address you expressly request, do not send any other message, warning, or e-mail (required or not), unless you have not provided a specific consent.
8. Ranking and Guest
The default setting of the ranking of hotels on our website is 'Recommended' (or equivalent formula) (the "Ranking of Default"). We, however, also other types of ranking. The Ranking of Default is created using a ranking system automatic (algorithm) and is based on multiple criteria.

To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions, as well as the provision of our services, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law and any dispute arising under these terms, the general conditions and our services will be referred exclusively to the proper courts Padua (Italy).
The original text in English of these Terms and Conditions may have been translated into other languages. The translated version is unofficial and illustrative purposes only, therefore null and void. In case of dispute or inconsistency or discrepancy between the English text and translations in other languages of these Terms and Conditions, the English text shall prevail and will be the final version. The English version is available on our website (by selecting the English language) or will be sent upon written request.
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, lose validity, is or becomes non-binding, you will continue to abide by all the other terms set out herein. In this case we will replace that clause with a clause to be valid and binding, which has an effect as much as possible similar to that replaced and you agree to accept in respect of the content and purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
